Shipping

At Butter NYC, we're all about getting your order to you as quickly as possible

 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

 International Shipping

We do ship internationally! Delivery times depend on the destination country and local customs. Please allow 7–21 business days for international orders. Customs fees or import duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

 Delays & Holidays

While we always aim to get your order to you ASAP, shipping carriers may experience occasional delays—especially during holidays or peak seasons. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all eyeshadow palettes and cosmetic items are final sale once opened, swatched, or used. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened makeup products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at team@shopbutternyc.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your request and do our best to make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
